FAQs

  • The average kitchen takes around 3 days. For the second and third day you will have limited/no access to the content of your cupboards.

  • No, you do not need to empty your cupboards, but we do ask that any drawers be emptied.

We also ask that the worktops be clear and any other nick-nacks moved from the area.

  • Though we aren't kitchen fitters, we do our utmost to make any adjustments we can to improve the functionality of your kitchen, i.e. misaligned doors and drawers.

  • We usually make three visits to your home.

On day one we remove doors and drawers to take to the workshop, degrease your in situ items and start the masking process.

On day two we complete the masking in your home. In the meantime we also work on your doors in the workshop, which includes degreasing, making any repairs, priming and top coating. With every coat sanded in between.

On the final day we return to sand, prime and top coat all the in situ items, hang your doors and fit handles etc.

  • We can replace handles with new ones at no extra cost, providing they use the same holes, if you require holes filled and new ones redrilled there is a small charge, please mention this in your enquiry.

  • No, we use quick-drying industrial grade waterbased paints which emit very little odor. We mask off any areas and items not to be sprayed meticulously and make sure you are left with a clean and tidy area.

If you have an open plan kitchen, we cordon off the area to contain any dust.

Please note during the on site spraying process you would have no access to the area. This is usually only 1 day.

  • The paint manufacturer we use has matches for many premium paint brands, i.e. Little Greene, Farrow and Ball.

  • We do not currently offer these services.

  • No, we degrease, prepare and sand all surfaces to be sprayed prior to the high-adhesion paint application. This ensures the paint will not peel off or flake. As with any sprayed surface, including cars, if scratched or hit with force with a sharp object it will get damaged. With normal use however, it will last you for many years to come.

  • Yes, we take all removable items to the workshop and prepare and spray the rest on site.
